Recent tough retail trading conditions has led us to adopt what we are calling a...Training Benefit Analysis approach to training. This approach includes careful articulation of two things:

1. R.O.I (Return on Investment) for the training dollar - relatively easy to measure

and

2. R.O.B (Return on Behaviours) more difficult to measure but we supply the tools to do so.
